Constipation in Children

What are some ways of treatment of constipation in children?

Constipation has become an important and frequent problem of today's children due to the changes in the way they live and the contents of their nutrients becoming more sedentary.  Since not only will it lower the quality of life of the child and the child's parents, but also it will cause hard to fix problems in the intestines if it is not treated for a long time, it is important to treat constipation. 60% of the causes of constipation in children is insufficient pulp and liquid intake, shawshank (not sparing time) and no efficient push or defecation in position that can prevent this.  Unfortunately the European style toilets that we use today do not provide the physiological position for pushing.  The remaining 40% of causes should be researched in treatments that last long.  Why could these happen? The cause of constipation in the remaining minority group is the muscle and nerve stimulation disorders, which provide the pushing force of the intestine and these can be inherent as in Hirschsprung's disease or can develop later as in excessiveness or deficiency of various minerals. There can be allergic situations or thyroid or goiter hormone deficiency. Colon radiography, colon transit time measurement and in some cases anorectal manometer can be performed for diagnosis. For it is treatment; a diet with plenty of pulp and liquid, ensuring squatting toilet position, sparing time for toilet and sparing time for toilet during the day at least after the main dishes. If it does not recover with these, several medication treatments could be recommended.
