What is the role of anesthesia in surgery?

Local anesthesia is sufficient for most intra-oral surgery. Patients with dental phobia, nausea reflex and pediatric patients who cannot be treated under local anesthesia due to physical and mental disabilities may require intervention under general anesthesia or sedation. Such practices are also carried out in our clinic.
