Maternity Workshops During Pregnancy

Each pregnancy gives birth to a new mother and father. At Liv Hospital parents are prepared for the birth process in a 4-week free maternity workshop.

Our gynecologists, our nutritionists, our dietitians and our anesthetist tell parents about the changes they will face in this process. Our pediatricians and infant nurses train mothers on breastfeeding techniques and baby nutrition. Our coaches exercise mothers correct breathing and tell them what to do during birth process. 




We are friends of the mothers (Tests to be done during pregnancy)

Detailed ultrasound (screening of fetus anomaly with ultrasound in the week of 20-22)

Ultrasound in the week of 11-12 weeks (prediction of maternal risks such as preeclampsia, IUGG etc.)

Evaluation of blood flow of pregnant women and their babies (Doppler studies)

Amniocentesis, chorionic villus biopsy and cordocentesis

Intrauterine transfer

Treatment of problems in identical twins
